SKYFALL ~ INDIE ALE HOUSE

Saison’s (Farm House Ale) are my new favourite beers.   They were originally made to keep the farm workers happy and give them an alternative to grotty water.  This beer seems to be a ‘one-off’ limited edition.  Cloudy gold in colour.  A little tart at first, with some fruity flavour, Pleasant bitter finish.
