BELGIAN WIT ~ MILL ST. BREWERY
When I first started drinking beer and enjoying it, it was the wheat beers that drew me in.  They had a light taste and were easy drinking.  This very refreshing summer beer is made from wheat, coriander and orange peels.  It is unfiltered which gives the beer a cloudy or white (Wit) appearance.  This is a good example of a classic Wit beer.
