BLACK HEART ~ INDIE ALE HOUSE & NORTHWINDS BREWERY

Belgian Cherry Stout. Belgian yeast and a whole lot of Canadian sour cherries went into the creation of this beer. Chocolate, cherries, spice and roasted malts make up the nose. There is an upfront taste of chocolate sweetness, followed by cocoa bitterness and finished with fig and tart cherries. Very pleasant! This beer has only been brewed once as a collaboration between Northwinds and Indie Ale House.
