HEATHERS WITBIER ~ WELLINGTON

This witbier (Wheat beer) is a Welly One-off for the 2015 season. Brewed with heather tips and lemon peel.  

Unfiltered beer pours a rich gold.  Aroma is mild.  More flavourful then many other witbiers it has lovely herbal notes with lemon and a dry citrusy finish.
