CHAMAN ~ DIEU DE CIEL!

A high octane version of an American Pale Ale.  Also called an American Double or an Imperial IPA.  This style of beer took off in the late 1990′s among some west coast American breweries.  

It has a nose and flavour of sweet malts, a light caramel, florals and citrus.  A well balanced beer, though high in alcohol is not overly boozy, with a clean dry finish.   I love this brasserie ~ I haven’t had a product from them that I have not enjoyed.
