SIDURI WHITE PEPPER SAISON ~ BEAU’S

Only brewed once, this beer is no longer available (unfortunately).  White Peppercorns were added to this saison, giving it a lovely peppery and spicy taste.  Citrus and spice on the tongue and then a little sweetness from being aged in red grape ice wine barrels.    It would make some very interesting food pairings.   Beautiful label!
