INSTIGATOR IPA ~ INDIE ALE HOUSE

This is Indie Ale House’s flag ship beer.  Originally IPA’s were aggressively hopped so that they would survive the journey by boat.  The IPA’s were popular with early home brewers too.  INSTIGATOR is an homage to the first craft brewers, who “went looking for trouble.”

The beer pour a slightly murky light apricot colour.  Floral and citrus (grapefruit) good bitterness. Excellent IPA.
