GINGER CAT ~ MILL STREET
Was lucky enough to sample this one before it was released to the public.  This was inspired by candies, the brewmaster had in Hawaii.  It is a Belgian style witbier ) made with both raw and malted wheat.  Candied stem ginger and orange peels have been added during the brewing process.  Served unfiltered with a little haziness from the yeast.  Gingery, but not too much.
