~ RED RACER INDIA SESSION ALE ~ CENTRAL CITY BREWERS

Sampled from a tin, Red Racer ISA pours a clear light amber with a dense white head. The nose has citrus hops and subtle floral qualities (only Mosaic Hops are used). The beer itself is quite crisp and clean, with lots of citrus flavours. The malt is light but balances out the beer (Canada Pale Ale Malt, Munich Malt, Caravienne Malt). It is easy drinking with a pleasant bitterness at the end. I like this as a session ale, but someone who regularly drinks IPA’s may prefer something with a higher bitterness.
