Collingwood Brewery’s Pale Ale (American Pale Ale) pours an amber colour with a small white head.  The nose contains hops and a mild citrus fruitiness.  The medium hoppiness is balanced nicely with a soupçon of malt.  Dry hoppy finish.  Not a unique beer but decent easy drinking quality pale ale made without preservatives.
