SINK OR SWIM ~ BLACK OAK

A single hopped saison is a Black Oak one-off. Pours a pale straw yellow, with a white head. The citra hops shine through with a nose of zingy lemon and grapefruit. Taste is lemony, with a little pine and a mild hop bitterness. Very drinkable, and refreshing. A good session beer.
