LOST CABIN ~ NORTHWINDS

Lost Cabin is a Vienna lager. Sampled on draught this beer poured a golden amber colour with a dense white head. Beautiful sweet caramel malts on the nose along with as spicy hop aroma and a subtle earthiness. The flavour follows the nose with pleasant sweetness compliments by earthy hops. The clean finish has a low bitterness, slight sweetness. Quite a nicely crafted beer, easily sessionable.

Malts: Vienna, Munich II, Caramunich II
Hops: Northern Brewer, Perle, Saaz
Yeast: San Francisco Lager Yeast
